We are facilitating discussions through Microsoft Teams.  After you have signed up for the 12 Days of AI, we will send you an invitation to join our Teams space.

If you are signing up after 27 November, please allow us until the next business day to add you to the Team.

Why Teams?

We have chosen Teams because it allows us to have focused discussions on each activity and easily respond to each other asynchronously.

When can I join the discussion?

Each day between Wednesday 27 November and Thursday 12 December, you’ll get access to a new Teams channel for that day’s activity. You’ll be emailed a reminder through Eventbrite at approximately 10am GMT each day to join in.

You can also easily go back to previous conversations on Teams to respond to comments and learn about your fellow participants’ experiences.

If you already belong to another Teams organisation, you can swap between organisations by opening the menu under your profile photo. You can find additional guidance on switching in this Teams help forum post.

Are there any rules to the discussion?

We ask that you:

  • Use post reactions and comments to ask others about their experiences working on each activity.
  • Do not use the “Start a meeting” function in the Teams channels.
  • Respect colleagues’ opinions about AI even if they differ from your own.
  • Do not share identifiable information about students and colleagues at your institution.

Need help?

If you are new Teams and looking for help, consult with Microsoft’s Teams guidance in the first instance. If you still cannot access the 12 Days Channels, contact us at teachingexchange@arts.ac.uk for the attention of Hannah or Roshni.
